What the desk is glad to receive

Corrections. If something on this site misreads its source, cites the wrong study, or states a regulatory fact that has since moved, that is worth knowing and worth fixing. Corrections are the most valuable message this desk gets. A pointer to the specific page and the specific sentence makes the fix quick.

Missed literature. The growth-hormone-axis field moves, particularly on the regulatory side, and compounding status for these substances has changed more than once in the last two years. A citation to a study or a decision this digest has not accounted for is welcome — ideally with a DOI or a PubMed identifier so it can be checked directly rather than paraphrased.

Questions about the sourcing itself. Every numbered citation on this site resolves to an entry on the references page, with authors, journal, year and a link. If a claim does not appear to be supported by the source attached to it, that is a defect worth reporting.

What the desk cannot answer

Requests for dosing, protocols, cycles or personal guidance will not be answered, and the refusal is not a formality. Three of the four compounds covered here have no approved human indication anywhere, which means no validated dose exists for anyone to give. Answering such a question would require inventing one.

Clinical questions are outside this desk's competence and outside its remit. Anything concerning a specific person's health, medication or symptoms belongs with a licensed clinician who can examine them, review their history and take responsibility for the answer. That is not a service this site provides or can provide.

Sourcing and supplier enquiries are likewise out of scope. This is a literature digest with nothing to sell and no commercial relationship with any vendor, and it does not evaluate, recommend or point toward suppliers.
